Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating culinary collaboration as Chef Kashif Browne of Fieldstone at Hillbrook Inn welcomes Chef Colby Janowitz of Mycelia for an exclusive Four Hands Dinner.

This intimate dining experience showcases the creativity of two chefs whose passion for seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and artistic presentation come together in one extraordinary menu. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy two passed hors d'oeuvres followed by a beautifully curated six-course tasting menu, highlighting the flavors of late summer through locally inspired ingredients and innovative culinary craftsmanship.
